After we create your preliminary design, a contractor can give you an estimate for your addition or new home.

The contractor may include variables if he is uncetain of the quality you want. The estimate will likely be on the high side because of these variables. The estimate will be more detailed after the permit drawings are completed.

The important thing is: Does the design fit in your budget? If not, adjustments can be made to the design to lower the cost.

If the design does fit within your budget, congratulations! You are ready to start on your permit drawings!
