The Design Phase consists of taking your ideas, sketches, photos, etc. and creating a design that has all of the elements you need and want.
This phase may require a lot of communication to get your design exactly right. I bring this up, because some clients have apologized for asking for changes. Its okay to ask for changes. The design phase determines the rest of the project. We keep communicating until you say, "I Like it!"
Once the Design Phase is complete, you are ready for your permit drawings. See the Permit Drawings Tab.
